Hello friends,

I went to see Iron and Wine last night at the Paramount Theater in Oakland and it was PERHAPS the best live show I have ever seen. Sam was totally on and every number was flawless. Complete magic.

I love looking at the merchandise at concerts, especially to see if they have any good posters. Last night there were no posters but here are some really beautiful Iron and Wine posters from past tours.

Illustrating a concert poster is on my list of things that I'd like to do someday.

Until then, it's regular life, which today includes shipping orders from my Etsy Shop and going to work at the store.

Have a great weekend.

That's great! I'm driving down from Vancouver, Canada to Bellingham to see the Tuesday show and now I'm even more excited.

Ohhhh I am so jealous! I love Iron & Wine. I think he's coming to Melbourne early next year - yay!

yes, the iron & wine show we saw was definitely in my top three most favorite shows ever...sadly, jack and i missed out on tickets for their portland show this week. have a great weekend!

I love poster art and the Iron and Wine posters are gorgeous! Thanks for sharing them.

oh I love their music! how I envy!

oh man. that sounds like just what i need right now, a mind blowing live show.

I saw Iron and Wine when I lived in Seattle in January of 2006--and it was the best show I've ever seen. And I've been to a lot of shows. It was truly unbelievable.

They are so good, each coming night is my number one favorite song by them. And The Paramount is so gorgeous! I would love to see another show there.

I would totally hire you if I had a touring band. Oh well, maybe someday!

I have loved this band forever and I am so jealous of you....I always thought Sam would give an awesome show...
