wondermountain
Hello friends,
I hope this day finds you well. It is finally warm and lovely here in San Francisco after weeks of cold and windy weather that was chilling me and little Wilfredo to our bones. I love Spring!
I am happy to announce today my next solo show, WonderMountain, which will happen at Velouria in Seattle.
I feel very happy to be showing in Seattle again, since it is where I first had a solo show 3 years ago at Schmancy. Showing collections of my work has become a regular part of my life and one of my greatest joys since then. But when Kristin at Schmancy offered me my first solo show, I was floored and beyond excited. What a fantastic memory that will always be for me. Kristin is an amazing woman and we have remained friends. I can't wait to see her when I am up there for the opening of WonderMountain.
As always I will be sharing the pieces I make for this show here on my blog. And, as always, feel free to contact me if you have any questions about acquiring any of the pieces.
I am off now to enjoy this beautiful day at Rare Device, where I will be working. Come by to say hello if you are in the neighborhood!
Cheerio.

you know I can't wait!!!

You and Wilfredo should come down to San Diego to warm up when it get's to cold up there. We have a guy named Wilfredo who pitches for the Padres!

Hi Lisa,
I have been following your blog for a little while now, and since you brought it up in this post, I thought I'd ask-- how do you find these places to show your work? Especially when you first started out-- how did you get the opportunity to show your work?
